6〜3日前まで：ツアー料金の50%
2日前〜当日：ツアー料金の100%
無連絡不参加の場合も100%請求となります

悪天候や雪崩リスク等、ガイド判断でツアーを中止する場合は 全額返金 します。
交通機関の遅延やお客様都合による遅刻は、返金対象外となります。
体調不良や怪我などで不参加の場合は、できる限り早めにご連絡ください。
◇ツアーキャンセルの判断基準
ガイド判断による中止
悪天候：猛吹雪、強風、視界不良など安全確保が困難な場合
雪崩リスク：積雪状況や雪崩情報からリスクが高いと判断した場合
火山性ガス・自然災害：八甲田山特有の火山ガス警報や地震等の発生時
◇お客様都合による中止
集合時間に大幅に遅れた場合
装備不備（必須装備を持参していない・レンタル未予約）
体調不良や飲酒など、安全に参加できないとガイドが判断した場合
✅ キャンセル時の対応
ガイド判断で中止 → 全額返金
お客様都合での中止 → キャンセルポリシーに従って対応

Cancellation & Liability Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days or more before the tour date: Free cancellation
  • 3–6 days before the tour date: 50% of the total tour fee
  • Within 48 hours of the tour date: 100% of the total tour fee

No-shows or cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the total tour fee.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or message).

Guide-Initiated Cancellation

The guide reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the tour at any time if deemed necessary for safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather (e.g., blizzards, strong winds, poor visibility)
  • Avalanche risk based on snowpack conditions and forecasts
  • Natural hazards, including volcanic gas alerts or seismic activity in 八甲田山

In such cases, a full refund of the guiding fee will be provided.
No additional compensation (including travel, accommodation, or other expenses) will be covered.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation or Refusal of Participation

The guide reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel the tour without refund under the following circumstances:

  • Late arrival that significantly impacts the tour schedule
  • Failure to bring required equipment or failure to arrange necessary rental equipment in advance
  • Physical condition, illness, injury, fatigue, or intoxication that may compromise safety
  • Failure to follow guide instructions or behavior deemed unsafe

Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Backcountry skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks, including but not limited to avalanches, severe weather, terrain hazards, and injury.

By participating in the tour, all participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to take full responsibility for their own actions and decisions during the tour.

The guide shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death
  • Loss or damage of personal equipment
  • Delays or disruptions caused by weather, transportation, or other external factors

Delays & Transportation Issues

Delays caused by transportation (including flights, trains, or road conditions) are not eligible for refunds.
Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time.

Refund Policy Summary

  • Cancellation by guide → Full refund (guiding fee only)
  • Cancellation by customer → Subject to cancellation policy
  • No-shows → No refund
